Should any item not be satisfactory for whatever reason we will be happy to accept it back.

Call our hotline on 0844 879 7288 to arrange for a replacement to be ready at our collection desk at the school so your child can swap items or should you require a refund simply return the item to the desk and a credit will be organised in two working days - we want you to be happy!
